How it works

1. 1. Capture — specify your needs, gather your ideas and resources. The Course Brief locks in topic, audience, delivery and the location of the school so every later phase is anchored to context.
2. 2. Research— we’ll confirm we understand your needs before researching further. You stay in the loop: review and edit the research plan, then approve or discard findings until you’re happy with the evidence base.
3. 3. Consolidate — we consolidate all findings into three documents for you to review: (a) detailed course synthesis, (b) course card overview, and (c) an internal course brief explaining how it was built. You stay in the loop to manage corrections before we move on.
4. 4. Compose — we use everything from before to finalise the presentation outline, facilitator notes and any other delivery materials you need.
